The title of Executive Director of Joonam University Hospital goes to Chi Young due to the incident caused by Joon Sang. Joon Sang may have lost the title, but his daughter beats Chi Young’s son in school grades. Everyone in Sky Castle is acknowledged and accepted, only if they are victorious. This fierce competition causes other kids to feel unwanted. This frustration causes Yeh Bin to run away from home.
